 About the program…

This program is designed to help you on your fitness journey. Getting to the gym can be difficult enough as it is which is, never mind thinking of what to do when you finally get there. 

Each day consists of 6 exercises with the option to add cardio and core and I recommend adding in a couple of the mobility exercises each day. There are 4 strength training days a week and pictures to go with every exercise.

Feel free to print the PDF and take it to the gym so you can put in your weights in the table provided. 

There is a section on: 

– Nutrition

– Progressive Overload

List of exercises with descriptions, modifications and muscles used 

– 16 weeks of workouts 

– Core/Cardio/Mobility 

This program is designed for beginners to expert. The level of difficulty depends on the effort you put in, weights used and rest time between sets. 

I believe in living a healthy lifestyle over aesthetics as it is more sustainable and long lasting. Through this program, you will gain strength, mobility, confidence as well as maybe enhancing your quality of life, aiding in every day tasks and decreasing risk of injury.
