Payments + Subscription

Training sessions take place at NRG Fitness Studio.

Payments must be made before the first of each month to the gym and trainer. If payments haven’t been made before the 1st of the month, I will not be able to train you until it has been paid. 

You must cancel at least 24 hours before. If given less than 24 hours notice to cancel, you will lose the session. Please try to stick to your scheduled times.

If you are 10 minutes late without noting the trainer, your session will be cancelled and you will be charged.

Once you have booked, trainer will email/message you to confirm. 

No refunds.

Liability

Be mindful that doing physical exercise may subject you to risk of serious injury. If there is anything that you are not comfortable doing, please ensure that you say so before starting the exercise suggestions given.

You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. 

I, Jessica Manderson, am not responsible for any loss of your personal property. You acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand that this is a release of liability to Jessie Manderson.

You agree to release and discharge the trainer or instructor (Jessie Manderson) from any and all claims or causes of action. You agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the trainer or instructor for personal injury or property damage.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from. By signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its content and that this release cannot be modified.
